During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the prime location of the hotel which was easily accessible from the main city attractions. The dedicated staff members did their best to make the experience comfortable and seamless. We were impressed with the well-maintained outdoor pool and the delicious breakfast spread offered every morning.
There were a few aspects of our stay that needed improvement. The outdated decor of the hotel rooms and bathrooms was a little disappointing. The staff struggled with communication, making it hard to convey our needs and queries. Additionally, the lack of cleanliness and an unpleasant smell in the room did not make for a great stay. our stay was decent, but there is room for improvement.

We loved the variety of items on the breakfast menu; it was delicious and worth the money spent on the room. The staff were courteous and helpful, especially the doorman who greeted us with a smile every day. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities.

My family and I found the location of the hotel quite convenient, with many nearby attractions and restaurants. the bedroom was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with essential facilities. the bathroom was tidy and well-maintained. the breakfast was also quite decent, and we liked the delicious local dishes that were offered.
We had some difficulties with the hotel's services. the room service was very slow, and the staff was not very friendly or efficient.
